The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation is Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, who was appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in August 2024. As the head of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF), she is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the capacity of the Nigerian Federal Civil Service.
